Spa Etiquette

Opening hours : 9am - 8pm

Spa circuit : All accommodation reservations include 60 minutes of spa circuit, per night booked: indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath. The circuit requires advance booking.

Opening hours for children: Children up to 12 years old can use the Spa facilities (indoor pool), duly accompanied by an adult, until 4pm.

Reservations : Reservations must be made directly with the Spa Reception. They must be made as far in advance as possible, in order to guarantee time availability, especially when special programs are booked.

Arrival : We recommend that our clients arrive 10 minutes before the treatment begins, in order to enjoy the excellent conditions that the Spa has to offer in a calm and relaxed manner. We inform you that in case of arriving late, it will not be possible to extend the expected treatment time, so as not to harm the following appointments.

Cancellation Policy : Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance. After this period, the hotel may charge the treatment in question.

Personal Valuables : Camellia Spa is not responsible for missing or stolen valuables. We advise our customers not to bring valuables.

Rules of Procedure : Guests must take a shower before entering the pool or spa circuit; use conventional bathing suits in the pool, including children; wear a cap and flip-flops.

Recommendations: All users are requested to read the rules for the use of spaces and equipment (Sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish Bath and Swimming Pool). They must use a low tone of voice when using the facilities, in order not to disturb the relaxation of other customers.
